Touch ‘n Go eWallet Young Entrepreneurship Challenge 2022 Invites Young Minds In Malaysia To Apply
Touch ‘n Go eWallet is calling for young fresh minds in Malaysia to provide their most innovative ideas in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Young Entrepreneurship Challenge 2022.
The Young Entrepreneurship Challenge 2022 provides students with a platform to experience, innovate and foster their entrepreneurial skills within the eWallet industry. Running until 23 July 2022, full-time students aged 25 years old and below are encouraged to participate.

Naluri Secures USD 7 Million In Pre-Series B Funding Round
Digital health service provider Naluri Pte Ltd (“Naluri”) has secured a USD 7 million pre-series B funding round, led by Pruksa Group (SET:PSH), Thailand’s leading real estate development group whose business is also involved in digital health technology and healthcare operations through Vimut Hospitals.
Pruksa Group’s investment is joined by Bertelsmann Investments from Germany and Striders Corporation from Japan and is supported by several returning investors, including M Venture Partners (MVP), Palm Drive Capital, and INP Capital.

Meraque and Boustead Partners to Explore Innovation and Customisation of Drone Technology To Support the Group’s ESG Ecosystem
Meraque Services Sdn Bhd (Meraque), a Malaysian drone tech company signed a Document of Understanding (DoU) recently with local investment holdings company, Boustead Holdings Berhad (Boustead) to drive collaboration and active involvement in exploratory efforts of emerging technology especially in drone technology within the offerings of the group.
Leveraging on both parties’ strengths via market access and technological innovation, the collaboration will increase the solutions and offerings of both parties for the Malaysian market.

Ethis Group and Gobi Partners To Set Up US$20 Million Shariah-Compliant Seed Fund
Ethis Group, having launched EthisX as part of its global expansion plan, continues to trail blaze by collaborating with pan-Asian venture capital firm, Gobi Partners, to structure and set up a US$20 million Shariah-compliant seed fund.
The Fund, which is targeted to have its first closing by the end of this year, is notable for being Ethis Group’s first move into the venture fund space as well as Gobi Partners’ first-ever fully Shariah-compliant fund.

4th Edition Of MYStartup Roadshow Kicks Off In Kuching Sarawak
The Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, YB Dato’ Sri Dr. Adham Baba has launched the fourth edition of the ‘MYStartup Roadshow’ series in Kuching, Sarawak.
Organised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) through its agency, Cradle Fund Sdn. Bhd. (Cradle), the ‘MYStartup Roadshow’ tour series continues its momentum and efforts in creating an inclusive and conducive start-up ecosystem.
Kuching is the first stop outside Peninsular Malaysia and the fourth in the MYStartup Roadshow series after Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Penang.
